Turns out that there will be a 60 day jail stay.
Door #1-30 days in and 18 weekends
Door #2-60 days straight
Door #3-30 days and then 30 under house arrest, which he can still go to work.
The Rican's still under the impression that this can be dicked down to a fine.
I told you so's are in order here, cause he never listens to anyone (meaning me).
Why is it that some people can live life normally without being a public nuisance and some people attract the cops like shit attracts flies?
Why couldn't he listen to me? There are rules to live by in order to keep your ass outta jail. And he never ever listens to the rules laid out before him. I try to tell him. His boss tries to tell him. Anyone who has ever not been in jail has tried to tell him what to do to avoid the slammer.
But one dumb ass case rolls into another dumb ass case all caused by one dumb ass.
